About the Event
Annual General Meeting Tuesday 28 July 2020 at 7.00pm in The Savill Hall Enjoy a welcome drink – on us! At the time of writing lockdown is firmly in force. If permitted, we shall hold the AGM in the Savill Hall incorporating all recommended safety precautions. If necessary, the AGM will be by Zoom with an open invitation provided on-line the week before. The formal Agenda will be published on-line and posted on noticeboards no later than 14 July. However, you can be assured that we will:
· Bring you up to date on all that has occurred
· Present accounts
· Outline the plan for 2021
· Elect Committee members
· Hold an Open Forum. Likely topics:
o The return to Cattistock
o Opportunities and challenges
o How can you help?
o Where should the money go?
o How can we make it better? .... and make it more fun? THEN Enjoy a farewell drink – on us! Do come along if you can and have your say and do bring the family. The return to Cattistock is a huge opportunity but brings with it some real challenges. We need the wholehearted support of the Village to make this work. The 2021 Dorset Knob Throwing and Frome Valley Food Festival will be held in Cattistock on Sunday 2 May 2021 FAQ. Who can attend the AGM, join the Committee or vote? A. Anyone who is resident in the Frome Valley or Frome Vauchurch and Maiden Newton Parish Council areas or is the recognised representative of an established organisation or sports club that benefits this area.
